Avocado Toast

2 slices of your favorite bread
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 lemon
salt
pepper
vegan butter (optional)
Toast bread. Spread with vegan butter (optional). Add avocado slices, squeeze over lemon juice, then add salt and pepper to taste.
